Donna Lynn (Chambers) Hoback

Donna Lynn (Chambers) Hoback, 66, caring and gentle Christian woman of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday evening, April 19, 2018. She was a member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church. Lynn loved spending time with her grandkids. Her interests included traveling and cooking, as well as fishing and crafts.

She was born on June 25, 1951, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Donna (Griffin) Chambers and the late William Chambers. Lynn was also preceded in death by her twin brother, William Glynn Chambers.

Along with her mother, Lynn is survived by her husband, Timothy Hoback; children, Rebecca Vinyard (Mike) and Bob Wilson (Samantha); brother, Gary Chambers (Mary); grandchildren, Kierston, Kayleigh, Ryne, Riley, and Addalynn; nephew, Pete Chambers (Amber); and great-niece and -nephew, Eli and Reagan.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – Southern Indiana Chapel (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Wednesday after 9:00 a.m. Her Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.

The family requests that contributions in Lynn's memory be made to Eastern Heights Baptist Church Building Fund (4202 Helen Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130).
