Donna Harris

Donna Harris, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully in this life on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted sister, aunt, and friend, whose presence brought joy to all who knew her.

Born on February 11, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky, Donna was the cherished daughter of the late Samuel and Irene (Coy) Harris. She held her family close to her heart and fostered deep connections throughout her life. Donna found joy in crafting, gardening, and cooking, and she delighted in spending quality time with her beloved fur baby, Toby. Her warm spirit and generous heart were also reflected in her long-standing attendance at Christian Assembly Church, where she built many lasting friendships.

Donna's legacy of love and kindness will continue through her siblings: Rebecca Pitts, Juanita Howard, Cindy (Larry) Bickel, Charlene Phelps, Tom Harris, and Paul Harris, along with a multitude of nieces, nephews, and extended family who will forever treasure her memory.

Visitation to honor Donna will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Christian Assembly Church, located at 9020 Stonestreet Road. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m., with burial to take place at Mt. Eden Cemetery in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions in her memory be made to Christian Assembly Church, reflecting Donna's unwavering faith and love for her community.
