Donna Marie (Bowen) Gannon

Donna Marie (Bowen) Gannon, 64, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017, at her home with her family by her side.

She was born on July 23, 1953, in Patuxent River, Maryland, to Mary (Cook) Bowen and the late James Bowen. Donna was also preceded in death by her infant sister, Regina Bowen.

Along with her mother, Donna is survived by her husband of 47 years, Bill Gannon; children, Tammy Gannon, William Matthew Gannon, and Paul Martin Gannon; brother, James Gordon Bowen; grandchildren, Shawn Cassidy (Steven), Allison Gannon, Jenica Miller, and James Gannon; and great-grandson, Ethan Cassidy.

Cremation was chosen following Donna's wishes. A gathering of family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 19, 2017, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions – Southern Indiana Chapel (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her Memorial Service taking place at 3:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus – the Community Hospice of Southern Indiana (502 Hausfeldt Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
