Donna Patrice Daniel

Donna Patrice Daniel, 65, of Louisville, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2026, after a courageous and long battle with illness surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 7, 1961 in Louisville, KY to John and Adean Daniel. Donna brought her witty, feisty and bold personality that would bring laughter to those around her. Donna would light up when she talked about skating, dancing, and enjoying outdoor music concerts. Her favorite attire was Western wear. Even as her health changed her strength shined through with deep bravery that left a lasting impact on all who cared for her. 

She is survived by Husband, Thomas Jones, daughters, Danyell and Dasia Daniel, granddaughter, Aries Harris, siblings Iris Daniel, Margaret (Jeff) Hurt, Alma Laureen (Carlisle) McGavock, Tony Tinsley, and Gloria Richards. Many loving nieces and nephews and their spouses along with other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by John and Adean Daniel, and brother Lamont Daniel.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
