Donna Louise (Shouse) Beams

Donna Louise (Shouse) Beams, 71, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019. Donna loved cooking, crocheting, cross-stitching, crafting, and playing cards. She was an avid UK Wildcat fan and loved visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
She was born on September 25, 1947, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late James and Lucille (Anderson) Shouse.
Donna is survived by her loving husband, William L. "Bill" Beams, Sr.; children, Dawn (Robert) Scott and William "Billy" (Melissa) Beams, Jr.; grandchildren, Travis Scott, Dylan (Sierra) Scott, Brendan Beams, Bradley Beams, Justin Scott, Cynthia Beams, Nicholas Beams, and Lillian Beams; and siblings, Alvin (Cheryl) Shouse, Deb (Jim) Holt, and Joe (Sharon) Shouse.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany. Her Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow in the New Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
The family requests that contributions in Donna's memory be made to the American Cancer Association.
