Donald Wayne Hoback, 68, of Sellersburg, Indiana died on Sunday, December 14, 2014 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He was a proud veteran of The United States Army. Donald was an avid UK fan and loved watching NASCAR.

He was born on December 22, 1945 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Lewis B. & Virgie M. (Williams) Hoback. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Hoback; sister, Delores Hoback Michaels.

Donald is survived by his children, Jeanne Elliott, Kimberly Willhoite (Rick), Brandy Wright (Jon); his long-time companion, Betty Gutman, and her children, Stephanie Embry (James), Kimberly Lindsey (Gregory), & Jami Embry (Bill); brothers, Kenneth Hoback (Wendy), Jerry Hoback, Darvin Bishop, Roger Bishop; sisters, Wanda Corum (Sonny), Linda Greenwell, & Donna Bessinger (Jeff); grandchildren, Keri, Brandon, Zackary, Marissa, Ryan, Trinity, Charlotte, Heather, Hallie, Cody, Stephanie, William, Allyssa, Jordan, & Billy; great-grandchildren, Adam, Aiden, & Rena.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN) with a Memorial Service to follow at 1 PM. Cremation was chosen following Donald's wishes.
