Don Stanfield, 85, of Brandenburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018. ..

He was born on December 29, 1932 in Buffalo, New York to John and Marjorie (Fitzsimmons) Stanfield. He is preceded in death by his parents John W and Marjorie Stanfield, his beloved wife, Mary Louise Stanfield, daughter, Kristie Stanfield.
cherished sister-in-law, Sarah Gibson, brothers, Walter Stanfield, Jackie Stanfield and Bobby Stanfield and sister, Marjorie Gibbons.

Don is survived by his loving daughter, Donna (Tim) McCollum, granddaughter, Angie (Joel) Rhea, grandson, Joshua McCollum, grandson, Joey Joyce, granddaughter, Autumn Cole, grandson, Dallas Stanfield, greatgrandchildren, Lily Rhea, William Rhea and Aiden Rhea, brother, Barry (Debbie) Stanfield, his fur baby Sheba and a host of extended family and friends to cherish his memory.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
