Donald Carl (Don) Landrum, 75, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Donald was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. Don loved gardening, working on vintage cars, fishing, and spending time with his family.
He was born on October 29, 1942, in Hazard, Kentucky, to the late Hermon and Theades (Calwell) Landrum. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Darron Keith Landrum; and his sisters, Wanda, Jeananne, and Ceil.
Donald is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Lola (Huber) Landrum; granddaughters, Ashley Springer and Emily Landrum; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 16, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 17, 2018, at the funeral home with burial and military honors to follow at Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Indiana.
The family requests that contributions in Donald's memory be made to the WHAS-Crusade For Children.
