Donald Ray Kiefer

Donald Raymond Kiefer, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020. Don enjoyed spending time with his family. He also loved fishing, hunting, camping, and country dancing. His favorite vacation with wife, brother, and sister-in-law was going on a Caribbean Cruise.

Donald was born on August 11, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to Philip and Gladys (Bauman) Kiefer. He is preceded in death by Father, Philip Michael Kiefer, Sr., Mother, Gladys Elizabeth Kiefer, and Brother, Bill Kiefer.

Donald is survived by loving Wife of 16 years Bonnie Jo Kiefer: Daughter, Rachel Dawn Kiefer, Step-Son, Christopher M. (Veronica) Huff: Grandchildren, Bella Kiefer and Aaron Huff: Siblings, Connie (Bill) Hubbard, Susan (Mike) Webb, Larry Kiefer, Tina (Aubrey) Compton, Julie (Joseph) Phillips, Joann White, and Mike (Tamberly) Kiefer. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Celebration of life Service will be at 11:00 am on Sunday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with cremation to follow.
