Donald was born on December 12, 1952 in Richmond, Kentucky to Donald and Edna Burns. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Donald is survived by his Daughters, Donna Oliver (Steve), Linda Burns, Granddaughter, Lilee Oliver, Brother, Jeffrey Burns, Sister, Sue Burns, and other family members and friends.
