Don Albert Rohrenbach passed away on Oct. 9, 2018 surrounded by family members.
Don was born Jan. 21, 1933 in Culbertson, MT to the late Albert and Zora (Kemp) Rohrenbach.
Don graduated with honors from Polson High School in 1950, where he lettered in Football and played the trombone. Don received his B.S. in Mining Engineering at Montana State School of Mines in 1955. He received national recognition by the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers for his work on "The Venturi-Mucker." Don went on to have a 45 year career in the mining industry and
traveled extensively throughout the world.
Don had a passion for gardening and creating elaborate yard landscapes. He was a talented handyman, music aficionado, barbecue enthusiast, dog lover (Chablis and Pepe) and avid Denver Broncos Fan.
He is preceded in death by his wife Delores (Becky) Rohrenbach.
Don is survived by his daughters: Linda Rohrenbach and Debra Taryle (Charles Potter) of Denver, CO and Laura Crowder of Louisville, KY and his grandchildren: Aaron and Brandon Taryle of Denver, CO and Casey and Kelsey Crowder of Louisville, KY.
