Dominic John McMahan

Dominic McMahan, 48, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

He was born on August 1, 1977 in to William and Phyllis McMahan. He is preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis McMahan; and brother, Frankie McMahan.

Dominic is survived by his loving family, father, William Dale (Deann) McMahan; children, Bailey McMahan, Autumn McMahan, Brady McMahan; sister, Sabrina McMahan; grandmother, Faye McMahan; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway.

The family requests that contributions in Dominic’s memory be made to the American Diabetes Association.
