He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stefan D. Elzy.
D'Mondre leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Shadava Elzy; father, DeAndre Reed; sisters, Kiryaona Elzy, NaNa Reed and Fat Fat Reed; brothers, Kirjath, Antwain Elzy, DeAndre Reed, Jr., and Tony Reed; grandmother, Viacha (Bruce) Brown; uncles, Stefano, Eric Elzy, Stefan Harris and Derrick Stone; aunts, Stephanie Robinson, Jerrica Barnett and Alicia Barnett; great aunts, Laquida Sowell, Alisha Burley, Erica Burley, Launa Burley, Charolette Elzy, Clarissa Elzy, and Teresa Tinsley; great uncles, Michael Beach, Kent Burley, Raymond Burley, Jr and Donnie Garner ; God Mother, Summer Farris; God-Sister, Belinda Cross; cousins, family and friends.
A celebration of D'Mondre' s life will be Saturday, February 20, 2016, beginning at 3pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). A graveside service will be Monday, February 22, 2016, beginning at 11:00am at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205.
