D.J. Jockell

D.J. Jockell, 49, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022. D.J. enjoyed spending time at his home with his son and family. He worked as a Manager at Auto Zone before getting ill. D.J. served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He loved music and played Guitar, and was one of the guitarist in the band "G-13" which was well known in the area. D.J. had a lot of friends due to his music and cherished each one of those connections. He will be missed by all of his family and friends.

He was born on May 29, 1972 in Louisville, Kentucky to Carson and Colleen Jockell.

D.J. is survived by his Son, Draven Jockell, Parents, Carson & Colleen Jockell. D.J. also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Friends and Extended Family.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 North Dixie Highway, Radcliff, KY).
