Dionne (Sears) Vines, 65, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014. An avid reader, Dionne had worked for Xerox, Inc., and was a social worker for the Family Social Services Administration.
Dionne was born on March 20, 1949 in Pensacola, Florida. She is preceded in death by her son David Vines. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Vines; sister, Margaret Phillips (Bill); nieces, Kelly Phillips and Amanda Phillips.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN). Her Funeral Service will take place Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 12 PM at the funeral home.
