Diane Smith Simmons, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019. She was born on March 8, 1951 in Louisville, to the late Clarence and Martha Smith.
Left to cherish Diane's memory is her beloved husband of 50 years, Ronald Lee Simmons; Daughter, Shannon Mannering, Granddaughter, Cassidi Mannering.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Ekron Cemetery in Ekron, Kentucky.
