Diana Sue Cook, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019. Diana was retired.

She was born on April 24, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to David and Almeta Burks. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Son, David J. Dean, Sisters: Susan Lindsley, Mary L. Lindsey, Anita F. Burks, and Deborah Smith, Brothers: Donald R. Burks, and David C. Burks.

Diana is survived by her loving Husband of 9 years, Michael J. Cook, Brother, Charles L. (Anita) Burks, Sister, Patricia (Linda) Arthur, Sister, Almeta (Joey) Davis, Step-Daughter, Tonya (George) Snyder, Step-Son, Michael (Kasey) Cook, Jr., Step-Daughter, Ashley Antique, Step-Son, Jeremy Cook, and Step-Daughter, Alexis White, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

A gathering for Diana's family and friends will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, June 17, 2019 and from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, on Tuesday June 18, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of her life will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
