Desmon McMahan, 86, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2020.
He was born on August 13, 1934 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Paul and Aline (Moss) McMahan. He is also preceded in death by his daughter Brenda Joyce McHargue.
Desmon served our country in the United States Air Force and was an active member of the VFW Post 8639.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Phyllis McMahan, daughters, Anita Long, Debra McMahan, son Ronald McMahan, grandchildren, Amanda Wolfe, Brittney McCullough and great-granddaughter Summer McCullough.
A gathering will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2020 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
