Derrick Lynn Moore, "Derky" 46, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on March 31, 2018.
Derrick was born on November 3, 1971 in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
Derrick is survived by his parents, Roy & Martha Moore; two brothers, Keith A. Moore (Mary) and Reginald W. Conn; four nieces; three nephews; three uncles; and three aunts.
Visitation will be from 11a.m. to 1p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243), with a service to honor the life of Derrick to follow at 1p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens, in Mt. Washington, KY.
