Dennis Randall Marr, Sr.

Dennis Randall Marr, Sr., 77, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016. He was a United States Navy veteran and retired from MKM. Dennis was a member of the International Association of Machinists as well as the Street Rod Association.
He was born on October 22, 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late John and Gladys (Shepherd) Marr. He was also preceded in death by his brother David Marr. Dennis is survived by his children, Dennis Marr, Jr. (Julie), Kimberly DeMarsh (Joseph), Steve Marr, Sue Marr Theodore; siblings, Ronald Marr (Virginia), Janice Marr (Don); and 8 grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen following Dennis' wishes. Visitation will be from 10 AM to 12 PM on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with his Memorial Service and military honors taking place at 12 PM.
Contributions in Dennis' memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (701 W. Muhammad Ali Boulevard, Louisville, KY 40203) or to the American Diabetes Association (161 St. Matthews Avenue, Suite 3, Louisville, KY 40207).
