Dennis E. Kane, Jr.

Dennis E. Kane, Jr. 18, passed away on May 15, 2015. He enjoyed going to the lake, playing basketball and was a fan of UofL. He had a great sense of humor that could put a smile on your face and was a faithful brother, friend and son. Dennis had a strong work ethic and was proud of his new found independence. One of the things he loved most was spending quality time with his brother and sister.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Myrtle Mudd and Roseline Powell and grandmother, Ruth Ann Beavers.

He is survived by his parents, Dennis (Rebecca) Kane and Marie (Ralph) Beavers; brother, Kyler Kane; sister, Madison Kane; step-brother, Dayton Beavers; step-sisters, Jordan Beavers, Sarah Logsdon and Savannah Logsdon; grandparents Kay (Don) Mudd; Phil (Jackie) Kane and Debbie (Marc) Mattingly; uncles, Nick Mudd and Lance Mudd.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 19, 2015, from 2pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Louisville Chapel. A celebration of Dennis' life will be Wednesday, May 20, 2015, beginning at 12pm at the chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home.
