Dennis Davis

September 1, 1949 to March 22, 2026

Thomas Eugene Davis announces the passing of his father Dennis Darrel Davis. The son of Joseph Eugene and Catherine Louise Davis of Cincinnati, Ohio. Grandson of Charles Ira and Mary Zealie Davis of Danese, W.Va. Proceeded in death by his wife, Victoria and brother Nicky Eugene. Survived by adopted brother Russ Mintkenbaugh (Sherry), and many cousins also members of his decreased wife family and two nephews out west.

He was a graduate of Western Kentucky University and a member of Western's first swim team under Coach William Powell. "Most improved swimmer. 1969-70." Licensed Commercial Pilot with an instruments rating. Inspired by his mentor Robert W. Osborne Jr. and his wife Geneva.

"I am not afraid of dying, but not living. Are you living or existing?"

Per Dennis's wishes cremation was chosen and a celebration of life will be held privately.
