Demetrice "Dee" Phillips, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on May 6, 2017. She retired from Brown & Williamson in Macon, GA.

She was born on April 19, 1937 in Greensburg, Kentucky to the late Wilma (McMahan) Judd. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Robert Phillips

Demetrice is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Duncan, brother Volen McMahan, sister Sidelia Foster, and a host of step-children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).

Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville and/or University of Louisville Medical School.
