Delsie Broyles

Delsie Ozell (Ferguson) Broyles, 82, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. She enjoyed shopping and cooking, but her true love was her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

She was born on January 12, 1934, to the late James A. and Eula (Hoots) Ferguson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Broyles; son, George Broyles; son-in-law, Donald Warren; and siblings, Granton, Ed, and Perry Ferguson and Edna Mae Willard.

Delsie is survived by her children, Karen Warren, Kevin Broyles, James Broyles (Deborah), & Phillip Broyles; sister, Elsie Garner; granddaughter, Dottie Broyles; great-granddaughter, Kayla Broyles; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Memorial Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Memorial Service will be at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Delsie's wishes.
