Deborah Starr(Coates) Barrett

Deborah Starr (Coates) Barrett, age 65 died Tuesday December 22, 2015 after a long illness. Starr was born June 2, 1950 to the late Charles Tony and Ella May (Mills) Coates.

Deborah is survived by her children Tammee and Chris Jackson, Christine Barrett, and granddaughter Jayda. She is also survived by her brothers Tony, Wayne, Paul, and Mike Coates. Starr was a graduate of Ursuline Academy, a long time employee at Wheels for Fun, and a member of Gilda's Club.

Visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home 10304 Dixie Hwy., Louisville, Ky. 40272 on Saturday January 2, 2016 from 2-4 PM with a life celebration to be held at 4 PM. Interment will be held at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.
