Deborah "DJ" Johnson

Deborah "DJ" Johnson, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

She was born on March 19, 1959 in Staunton, Virginia to the late James R. and Betty (Arey) Whitlock.

She graduated in 1977 from Ft. Defiance High School, and worked her entire career as a LPN Nurse, finishing at Norton Southwest Hospital.

Deborah is survived by her loving daughters, Holly Christine Johnson, Sarah Elizabeth Johnson; grandchildren, Samuel Gordon, Kennedy Blanton, Emma Marie; brother, Kenneth Wayne Whitlock of Waynesboro, VA as well as her ex husband Larry Johnson of Omaha, NE.

Per Deborah's wishes cremation was chosen and a celebration of life will be held privately.
