Deanna Lynn "Dee Dee" (Van Winkle) Schultz, 49, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. Dee Dee loved collecting coins, listening to Elvis music, fishing, camping, and animals. Out of all her favorite pastimes, being "Mom" and "Grandma" were her favorites.
She was born on June 15, 1970, in Silvis, Illinois, to the late Colonel and Alma (O'Dell) Van Winkle.
Dee Dee is survived by her loving husband, Gary Schultz, Sr.; children, Kelsey (Ean Narvell) Schultz, Megan (Zachary) Butts, and Gary Schultz, Jr.; granddaughter, Leah Narvell; and siblings, Bettye (Jim) Parker and Colonel "Lee" (Lynn) Van Winkle, Jr.
Cremation was chosen in regards to Dee Dee's wishes.
The family requests that contributions in Dee Dee's memory be made to the National Breast Cancer Coalition (stopbreastcancer.org).
