Dawn was born on December 25, 1970, in Columbus, Indiana to the late Ron Shipley and Debra Newsome.
Dawn is survived by her husband, Mike; son, Jasper Cosby; daughter, Ashley Jennings (Cosby); grandsons, Skyler Cosby and Bradly Newsome; granddaughter, Lexy Jennings; step-father, Ronnie Newsome; brother, Ronnie Gail Newsome; grandma, Mary Jane Terkhorn; and grandparents, Ruby and Vernal Pruitt.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
