David Charles Stotts

David Charles Stotts, 81, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018. He was born on September 19, 1936 to the late Solomon Statts and Rosie Shaw.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and children, Jimmy Caudill and Alma Rose Stotts.

David is survived by his beloved girlfriend, Thelma Mae Bryant; sons, David J. (Jackie) Stotts, Darrell (Sue) Stotts, Tommy Shannon, Michael Shannon, Tony (Kayla Newman) Stotts and Buckett Bryant; daughters, Janet Stotts, Charlotte Stotts, Margie (Geno) Sanders; brothers, Adell Stotts, and Gil (Mary) Stotts; sister, Dorlis (Gary) Allen; twenty grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 24,2018 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.

Burial will follow in the Valley Cemetery, Taylorsville Ky.
