David Earl Rednour, Sr., 60, of Brandenburg, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital. He was born in London, Kentucky on May 19, 1956 to Tony Earl and the late Martha Davis. He was an Army veteran and was a hospital security manager and hospital safety officer at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital. He was former chairman of HERA- region 6 Hospital Emergency Response Association as well as a member of the steering committee. He was the Pastor at The Lighthouse, House of Prayer.
David is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Barbara Rednour; father, Tony Earl Rednour; children, LaDonna Marie Rednour, David Earl (Marcieta) Rednour, Jr., Matthew D. (April ) Winchester, Jessica Renee Rednour and Andrew Neal Rednour; grandchildren, Isaac David Rednour, Jordyn Anthony Rednour, Kadence Jayde Rednour, Allyson Colbie Rednour, Joseph N. Brooks, Matthew Winchester Jr.; three brothers, Harold Rednour, Tony Rednour and Gordon Rednour; and a host of other family members and friends.
A funeral ceremony to celebrate his life will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Committal service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.
