David Lee Prouty, 67, of Louisville, KY., passed away Friday, April 6, 2012.
He is survived by his son, Shawn Prouty, daughter-in-law Sabrina, two grandchildren, Andrew and Matthew, and brother Donald Gregg.
Visitation for David will be held Monday, April 9, 2012 from 1-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Dr., with private services at a later date.
