David was born on April 13, 1955, Louisville, Ky to the late Robert Martin and Laverne Martin.
David is survived by his mother Laverne Martin; sister, Theresa L. Eicher; and daughter, Ashley N. Martin and son in law, Harmon Rowland.
His Memorial Service will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
