David John Marini

David John Marini, 61, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019. David enjoyed lifting vehicles, eating candy, and listening to country music. He also loved spending time with his family and was always ready to help others in need.

He was born on August 28, 1957, in Dallas, Texas, to John and Barbara (Wonsavage) Marini. Along with his parents, David is survived by his wife of 15 years, Robin (Criswell) Marini; children, Jason Johnson, Christopher Marini, John Marini, Rhonda Johnson, and Joseph Marini; brothers, Michael Marini and Thomas Marini (Gwen); and grandsons, Johnie, Colyn, Presley, Kingston, and Abel.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with cremation to follow according to David's wishes.
