David T. Mader, Jr., 62, of Crestwood, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018 after a 7 year battle with cancer.

David is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Lisa Mader, father David Mader, Sr., step-mother Leora Mader and step-sisters Patsy Kramer and Brenda Kiser.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).

Visitation will also be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 am at the funeral home with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Road Louisville, KY 40205) .
