David Louis Weihl

David Louis Weihl, age 77, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015. He was born in Illinois but lived most of his life in Louisville. David was one of five children, Karol Conaway (deceased), Ruth Chalk (Bill), Bob Weihl and Richard Weihl (Darlene). He retired from American Greetings in 1997. David enjoyed barbecuing, hunting and vegetable gardening. David is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Charlotte.

David is survived by his four daughters, Lynne Huckleberry (Ed), Karen Putlak (Jim), Janice Graham (Larry) and Laura Blackorby; his three grandchildren, Aaron Putlak, Andrew Huckleberry and Allison Putlak; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 9:30 - 11:30 am on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, with memorial service to follow at 11:30 am.

The family would like to express their grateful appreciation to Hosparus for their service during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
