David Philip Koshewa

David Philip Koshewa, 38, passed away November 19, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky. David was a graduate of Eastern High School and WKU. He was a gifted athlete and sports enthusiast, especially his CARDS and the UFC. He was a dog-lover, especially his most recent companion, Cub. He enjoyed great meals, some of which he prepared, and recently developed a love of gardening. The beach was his life-long place of peace and joy beginning in childhood and continuing throughout adulthood.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Jim and Sheila Koshewa, his brother, Mark Koshewa, his long-time girlfriend, Erin Mahoney, and many relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). A service will follow at 2:00 pm.

Contributions in his honor may be made to the Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
