David Charles Hagan, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026. David was blessed with an enormous talent for sketching anything that captured his attention. He used his hands for building; additions to his workshop, a beautiful deck around his pool, dollhouses for neices, and even wood carvings just for the fun of it. With thoses same hands, he helped care for the horses on his in-law's farm, his many dogs, and a skreetching white cockatoo named "Pinchy" David had a one-of-a-kind personality and remained quick witted to the very end. He was a wonderful brother and a great friend. David's best friend described him perfectly: "He never met a stranger and he never hurt a soul" We were very lucky to have him in our lives and he will be forever missed.
He was born on September 15, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles and Rita (Fanning) Hagan. He is preceded in death by his Father, Charles Spalding Hagan, Mother, Rita Hagan, Loving Wife of 19 Years, Bonnie Hagan.
