David Greenwood, Sr., 56, of Louisville, passed away on January 24, 2015. David was a proud veteran of the Army National Guard. He was a kind and caring person who will be missed dearly.
David was born in Louisville on February 18, 1958, the son of James and Emily (Jackson) Greenwood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James F. Greenwood.
Survivors include David's son; David Greenwood, Jr.; sister, Loretta Blevins and brother, Jerry Ray Greenwood.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy) with funeral service immediately following at 7:00 pm.
