David Edward Carman

David Edward "Acorn" Carman, age 64 of Leitchfield, KY. passed away Saturday, February 14, 2015. He retired from Reynolds Metal. He was a hard-working man who was very loving and cared for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Carman; his parents, Acie and Frances Allen Carman; siblings, Dell Pylant, Carolene Nottingham and Billy Mitchell Carman.

David is survived by his son, Dennis Carman; grandson, Joshua Edwards; former wife and best friend, Debbie Carman; sisters, Golda Kay Carman, Helen Stivers, Gayla Arms (Dave), Ilene Dupin, Jerry Conder and Rachel Arms (Charles); brothers, Randel Carman (Katie), Sherman Carman (Sue), Kelsie Carman (Judy) and Lonnie Carman (Jean); also a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral ceremony has been rescheduled for 1pm on Tuesday February 24, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Middletown Historic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until time of service at the funeral home.
