David Howard Brazil

David Howard Brazil, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026. David cherished his family. He had a passion for traveling the world and fishing. David had a deep love for his daily coffee and pecan swirls every morning. He a strong faith in the Lord which was the cornerstone of his life and served as a deacon in the church. David will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on June 22, 1964 in Fordyce, Arkansas to Howard and Jessie (Brown) Brazil. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Lee Brazil; sisters, Cathey Anne Parham, Linda Kay Taylor; and aunt, Johnnie Mae Brown.

David is survived by his beloved wife, Zoe Brazil; mother, Jessie Mae Brazil; sister, Phillistine Burroughs; daughters, Lakeisha Brazil, Shanitha Helms (Anthony), Jalisa Brazil; grandchildren, Jarrel Brazil, Joshua Vaughn, Malachi Vaughn, Cameron Vaughn, Raven Helms, Dominic Helms; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.

Services will be held at a later date in Fordyce, Arkansas.
