David Black, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 13, 2015. David retired from Roark Enterprises and served four years in the United States Air Force.
David was born on February 20, 1941 in Shelbyville, Kentucky to the late Roy and Margaret (Hull) Black. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Connie L. Horine.
David is survived by his sisters; Evelyn Atkinson, Eula (John) Goetzinger, Carolyn Hedden, Nancy (Ronnie) Connor and brother, Danny (Dotti) Black.
