Danny Gene Stader, 71, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018. He was a member of Branham Tabernacle. Danny was an avid fisherman and also enjoyed hunting.
He was born on October 15, 1946, in Muncie, Indiana, to the late Murrel and Margaret (Dodd) Stader. Danny is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jeanetta (Fair) Stader; children, Angie Watson (Joel), Shane Stader (Angel), and Sarah Houchen (Johnathon); siblings, David "Mike" Stader (Alma) and Paralee Cross; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson on the way.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Branham Tabernacle (804 Penn Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130) with burial to follow at Eastern Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
