Daniel Ray Sanders, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020, with his wife by his side.
He was born on July 4, 1950 in Fort Knox, Kentucky. He was a welder by trade for the railroad industry until his retirement in 2010.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Leticia K. Sanders, daughter, Samantha Allen, 4 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a Funeral Ceremony at 4:00 pm on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).
The family requests that contributions in Daniel's memory be made to Louisville Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
