Daniel Wayne Orr
August 10, 1964 — June 29, 2018
Daniel Wayne "Danny" Orr, 53, of Louisville, KY, passed away on June 29, 2018. He enjoyed his job as a truck driver, riding his Harley and working on his cars. Danny never met a stranger and would go out of his way to help everyone. We will miss Danny's infectious laugh and his loving smile.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Janet Owens and uncles, Rodger Orr and Johnny Orr.
Danny is survived by his parents, Howard C. and Barbara Orr; brothers, David (Julie) Orr, Kevin (Janet ) Orr and Charles (Laura) Orr; 9, nieces and nephews; 12 great-nieces and great-nephews; 11 aunts and uncles; good friends, Gerald Gary, Mike Hood, Jimmy of Corydon, IN, Edna Sanderson and family.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 8, 2018, from 12pm-6pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY). A celebration of Danny's life will be Monday, July 9, 2018 beginning at 11am at the chapel of the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Hwy, Valley Station, KY 40272.
