Daniel Medcalf

Daniel Robert Medcalf, 83, of New Albany, Indiana died on Monday, June 13, 2016. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army who served during the Korean War as a medic. Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to shooting matches.

Danny is survived by his children, Mary Medcalf (Aaron Gresham) and Tommy Medcalf; and his grandchildren & great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers & sisters.

Visitation will be 1 PM to 8 PM Monday, June 21, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral will be conducted at 1 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, Indiana..
