Daniel G. Kingsley

Daniel G. Kingsley 77, originally of Watertown, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Indian Creek Nursing Facility in Corydon, Indiana, from complications due to Alzheimer's.

He Graduated from Boston College High School and Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts. He moved to Louisville in 1991. Here he worked as Warehouse and Production Manager at D&W Silks for 20 plus years and retired from Stoneybrook Krogers after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents, George B. Kingsley and Catherine(Kay) M. Geary Kingsey, and a brother-in-law, Daniel Laemmle. He is survived by his sister, Sheila C Kingsley Laemmle of Louisville; a niece, Robyn M Laemmle Przybylek (Mike); a great nephew, Luke D Przybylek; a great niece, Vivian A. Przybylek of New Albany, IN; and a cousin, Paul Geary (Anne) of Massachusetts.

Dan was a thoughtful and kind man, always thinking of others. He generously supported many charitable organizations. He was an avid reader, knowledgeable on many topics and relished watching PBS. For fun, he liked the lottery. He will be missed.

Visitation/Reception will be Sunday, September 7, 2025 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Rabbouni Catholic Community, 7812 Brownsboro Road, Louisville. Celebration of Life Mass will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the church. Burial will be private.
