Daniel Ross Coughran

Daniel Ross Coughran, 45, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 6, 2018. Danny attended Trinity Bible College in North Dakota where he was affectionately given the nickname "Vinny." He worked in the trucking industry as a "Flatbedder" for over 20 years. Danny enjoyed the beauty of our country and took every opportunity to walk and be close to nature.

Danny was born on June 20, 1973, in Poughkeepsie, New York, to Carol Bonini Coughran and Thomas Coughran. He is preceded in death by his brother, Alan Watkins.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carol and Ronald Watkins; children, Brooklyn Coughran, Brandon Lovelace, Hunter Lowe, Arizona Coughran, and Montana Coughran; siblings, Gino Coughran (Amber), Marcus Coughran (Tonya), John Coughran (Shellie), Gale Cooke (Dan), Brian Watkins, and Amy Todd (Randy); nieces and nephews, Conner, Cole, and Chloe Coughran, Jaclynn, Nathan, and Haley Todd, and Amanda and Chad Watkins (Shelby); his former wife, Barbara Carter; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Memorial Gathering will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150). His Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
