Dale Chasteen Jr., 41, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020.
Dale was a surgical technician at University of Louisville Hospital. Dale was an amazing husband and thought the world of his wife, Erin, and his sons Dalin and Kahne. Dale was the life of the party and a big kid at heart. He was a huge University of Louisville Cardinals fan. Dale had a huge heart and was always willing to help anybody out.
He was born on September 4, 1979 in Louisville, Kentucky to Dale Chasteen and Sarah Hundley.
Dale is survived by his loving Spouse of 17 years, Erin Chasteen, Sons, Dalin and Kahne Chasteen, Father, Dale Chasteen, Sr., Mother, Sarah Wermuth, Sisters, Jennifer Chasteen, Amber Tucker (Gerald), and Alicia White (Larry), Sister-In-Laws, Amy Knieriem (Tim), and Casey Bonn (Chris), Step-Mother, Brenda Chasteen, Mother-In-Law, Dewana King, Half-Sister, Katlin Griffin, Half-Brother, Derek Griffin, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to current restrictions, services will be private. Dale will be laid to rest at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
