Cynthia Jo Smith, 46, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Cynthia was a free and selfless spirit that always put others before herself. She possessed a love for life and would brighten any room she entered. Cindy also enjoyed gardening and was devoted to her four-legged companion, Avery.
She was born on June 5, 1972 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Charles and Thelma (Bennett) Smith.
Cindy is survived by her sisters, Theresa Hedrick (Mike), Amanda Giles, Sheila Taylor (Jeff); as well as nine nieces and nephews; and three great-nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen following Cindy's wishes. Contributions in her memory be made to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (www.aspca.org/donate).
