Cynthia M. Phillips , 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
She was born on December 8, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to Henry and Phyllis (Stewart) Kuchenbrod.
Cynthia was a Medical Assistant for the Louisville Health Department and was in the Who's Who for Medical Assistants. She was a well loved wife, mom, and mena who will be missed.
She is preceded in death by her Mother, Phyllis Stewart, Father, Henry C. Kuchenbrod, and Aunts, Pauline, Margie, and Hildred.
Cynthia is survived by her loving Husband of 26 years, Rollin H. Phillips, Sons, Carl M. Doolin and Joseph (Brittany) Doolin, Grandchildren, Faith, Dominic, and Derrica, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.
The family will have a memorial service at Unity of East Louisville (740 Old Harrods Creek Rd) at a later date.
The family requests that contributions in Cynthia 's memory be made to the American Heart Foundation.
